A nemzedékek óta borkészítéssel foglalkozó Koch borászat a Hajós-Bajai és a Villányi borvidéken található. A borászat 150 hektáron gazdálkodik, 40 fajta minőségi és prémium bort készít. 2014-ben az Év pincészete díj elismerését, míg 2019-ben az Év Bortermelője és a Legjobb Európai Borászat címet vehette át. A pincészet borai közül kiemelkedőek a bioborok, a cserszegi fűszeres és a kadarka. Koch Csaba harminc hektárról bio bort és legújabb innovációként frissen préselt gyümölcslevet készít.

The Koch Winery, which has been engaged in grape growing and winemaking for generations, is located in Borota in the Hajós-Baja wine region.
The modern winery farms 150 hectares, produces 27 types of wine and sells 800,000 bottles annually. In 2014, Csaba Koch, founder and head winemaker, was awarded the Winery of the Year award, while in 2019, he received the title of Wine Producer of the Year and Best European Winery.
Among the wines of the winery, Cserszegi Fűszeres, rosés, cabernet sauvignon and Kadarka are outsanding. The winery suitable for processing Villány grapes is located in Nagyharsány under the name Vin Art.
