A kis családi gazdaságunk jelenleg 6 hektár szőlő területtel rendelkezik a Mátrai Borvidéken, azon belül is Karácsond településen. A pincészetet 2018-ban alapítottam, és a Palik Pincészet nevet adtam neki a családi gazdaságból kiindulva. A pincészet borásza és egyben alapítója is én vagyok.
Tanulmányaimat az Eszterházy Károly Egyetemen végeztem, mint szőlész-borász szak-technikus.
Friss házasként feleségemmel arra törekszünk, hogy a pincészet borait szélesebb körben is megismertessük az emberekkel. Főként könnyedebb, friss, reduktív borokat készítünk, mint például az Irsai Olivér, a Sauvignon blanc és a Kékfrankos rozé. De testesebb fehér illetve vörös borok is találhatók a pincészet borai között. A visszajelzések alapján legkedveltebb vörös borunk a 2019-es évjáratú Kékfrankos, amelyet könnyedebb test és lágy tanninok jellemeznek.
Boraink az országos borversenyeken is remekeltek. 2019-ben az Országos Borversenyen és az Országos Újbor versenyen is Irsai Olivérünknek sikerült elnyernie az aranyérmeket. Éves szinten nagyságrendileg 20 000 liter bor kerül előállításra. Jelenleg ennek csak töredéke kerül palackba.

Our small family farm currently has 6 hectares of vineyards in the Mátra Borvidék, including in the settlement of Karácsond. I founded the winery in 2018 and gave it the name Palik Pincészet, starting from the family farm. I am the winemaker and also the founder of the winery.
I completed my studies at the Károly Eszterházy University as a viticulturist and winemaker.
As newlyweds, my wife and I strive to introduce the wines of the winery to a wider audience. We mainly make lighter, fresh, reductive wines, such as Irsai Olivér, Sauvignon blanc and Kékfrankos rosé. But there are also more full-bodied white and red wines among the wines of the winery. Based on the feedback, our most popular red wine is the 2019 vintage Kékfrankos, which is characterized by a lighter body and soft tannins.
Our wines also excelled at national wine competitions. In 2019, our Irsai Olivér managed to win gold medals at both the National Wine Competition and the National New Wine Competition. Approximately 20,000 liters of wine are produced annually. Currently, only a fraction of this is bottled.
