A szőlő saját művelésű ültetvényekről származik, a dűlők Paloznak, Aszófő és Tihany határában húzódnak. Portfóliónk a gyümölcsös ízeket középpontba állító elegáns rozétól és fehérboroktól indul, majd az izgalmas silleren és az érlelt vöröseken keresztül egészen a pálinkaszelekcióig tart. Fontos szerepet kapnak az Észak-Balatonon hagyományosnak számító szőlőfajták, mint az olaszrizling, a furmint, és a kékfrankos, emellett pedig olyan saját kedvencekkel is kísérletezünk, mint a rajnai rizling, a chardonnay, sauvignon blanc vagy a syrah.

A szőlőművelés során folyamatos feltöltődést jelent számunkra a természet, a balatoni táj közelsége. Balatonfüred egyedi, történelmi emlékekkel átszőtt hangulata is meghatároz minket. Ezt átélhetik vendégeink is, hiszen a villa földszintje kulturális szalonként is működik, ahová rendszeresen szervezünk időszaki kiállításokat, borkóstolókat, borvacsorákat, pincelátogatást. Az elegáns villaépület és az ősfás kert gyönyörű helyszínt biztosít a hozzánk betérő vendégeknek ahhoz, hogy megismerjenek minket és a borainkat.

The Villa Gyetvai winery in Balatonfüred is housed in a classic villa building surrounded by a park with ancient trees. The grapes come from self-cultivated plantations, the vineyards are located on the border of Paloz, Aszófő and Tihany. Our portfolio starts with elegant rosé and white wines that focus on fruity flavors, and continues through the exciting siller and mature reds all the way to the brandy selection. Grape varieties that are traditional in North Balaton, such as Welsh Riesling, Furmint, and Kékfrankos, play an important role, and we also experiment with our own favorites, such as Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc or Syrah.

During viticulture, we are continuously recharged by the proximity of nature and the Balaton landscape. The unique atmosphere of Balatonfüred, interwoven with historical memories, also defines us. Our guests can also experience this, since the ground floor of the villa also functions as a cultural salon, where we regularly organize temporary exhibitions, wine tastings, wine dinners, and visits to the cellar. The elegant villa building and the old tree garden provide a beautiful place for our guests to get to know us and our wines.
