2011-es megalakulása óta a soproni régióban, a Fertő – tájon található Winelife pincészetben a szőlőművelés és a borkészítés minden fázisát magunk végezzük a lehető legmagasabb színvonalon.
Nem kötünk kompromisszumot, ha a minőségről van szó. Különös figyelmet fordítunk a kiváló alapanyag termesztésére, amit a szőlőtőkék megfelelő alacsony terhelésével, és a gondos gazda alapos, ápoló munkájával érünk el.
A Fertő – tájon megtalálhatóak az egymástól éghajlatában és élővilágában egyaránt jelentősen eltérő geográfiai és biogeográfiai elemek. Ez a sokszínűség, a biodiverzitás igen kis területen megmutatkozó rendkívüli változatossága Európában egyedülálló, mely boraink eszenciáját is adja. Fehérboraink esetében előszeretettel alkalmazzuk a reduktív borászati módszereket, és kísérleteket teszünk a hagyományos kisfahordós borérlelési eljárásokkal is. Válogatás vörösboraink kizárólag tradícionális módon, kézi csömöszöléssel készülnek, melyeket különböző ideig érlelünk magyar, illetve francia tölgyfahordóban.

Since its establishment in 2011, in the Winelife winery located in the Fertő region of Sopron, we carry out all phases of grape cultivation and winemaking ourselves at the highest possible level.
We do not compromise when it comes to quality. We pay special attention to the cultivation of excellent raw materials, which we achieve with the appropriate low load on the vines and the thorough, nurturing work of the careful farmer.
In the Fertő landscape, you can find geographical and biogeographical elements that are significantly different from each other, both in terms of climate and fauna. This diversity, the extraordinary variety of biodiversity displayed in a very small area, is unique in Europe, and it also gives the essence of our wines. In the case of our white wines, we prefer to use reductive winemaking methods, and we also experiment with traditional wine aging procedures in small wooden barrels. Our selection of red wines are made exclusively in the traditional way, with hand-crushing, which are aged for different periods of time in Hungarian and French oak barrels.
