Badacsony dűlőinek vulkanikus eredetű teraszai adják az itteni borok ismert karakterét. Az északi szelektől védett lejtőkre egyedülállóan mediterrán jellegű, a tó által temperált mikroklíma jellemző. A napfény itt háromszorosan érleli a szőlőt: nemcsak “felülről”, hanem “alulról” is, ugyanis a tó tükre által visszavert fényben a levelek fonákja is napfényben fürdik; a fekete bazalt pedig éjszaka adja vissza a nap hevét és lágy tüzű, jellegzetesen vulkanikus badacsonyi karaktert ad a bornak. Magas mineralitásuk és szép savaik révén a legszárazabb badacsonyi borok is különleges extraktédességgel, lágysággal és kerekséggel, valamint egyedülálló érlelési potenciállal bírnak.
A Szeremley Birtok ma 40 hektáros szőlőterületen gazdálkodik a Balaton-Felvidéki Nemzeti Park szívében. A birtok főként „badacsonyikumairól” ismert: ilyen a nővirágú Kéknyelű, mely évszázadok óta Badacsony híressége, porzópárja a Budai Zöld (valaha a budai borvidék különleges fajtája volt, de ma leginkább csak Badacsonyban művelik), míg a Szeremley Birtok kései szüretelésű különlegességeként vált világszerte ismertté a Zeusz, mely savainak frissességével és mineralitásával hívja fel magára a borértők figyelmét. Édes testvére a késői Olaszrizling trópusi gyümölcsöket idéző ízvilágáról ismert. A Szürkebarát és az aperitifként kedvelt különleges száraz Muscat Ottonel mellett már első évjáratában igen sikeresnek bizonyult a Rajnai és Olaszrizling házasításából született Szeremley Rizling.

The volcanic terraces of the Badacsony vineyards give the wine a well-known character. The slopes, protected from the north winds, are uniquely Mediterranean, with a microclimate tempered by the lake Balaton throughout the year. The sunlight ripens the vine from three sides: not only from above, but also from below as the light is reflected by the lake; while black basalt gives off the heat at night and gives the wine a soft-burning, typically volcanic character from Badacsony. Due to their high minerality and their beautiful acids, the Badacsony wines have special extract-sweetness, softness and roundness and unique maturing potential.
Today, the Szeremley Estate manages a 40 hectare vineyard in the heart of the Balaton Uplands National Park. Szeremley is known mainly for its native varieties: the Keknyelu, which for centuries was the Badacsony celebrity, the pollen couple was the Budai Zold (once famous in Buda wine region) Zeus has become known worldwide as a late harvest specialty of our winery, which draws the attention of wine connoisseurs with the freshness and minerality of its acids. His sweet brother, late Welschriesling is known for its citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Along with the Pinot Gris and the special dry Muscat Ottonel, which is an aperitif, the Riesling Selection, born from the blending of the Riesling and Welschriesling, successful since its first vintage.
