A 2018-ban létrejött HedoNick Pince alapítói igazi hedonistaként tekintenek a világra, és ezt az életszemléletet igyekeznek mások hétköznapjaiba is belecsempészni. Mivel a bor mellett a gasztronómia és a természet szeretete is fontos számukra, ezért a kedvenc hobbijuk üzleti vállalkozássá nőtte ki magát.
Szőlőültetvényeik a badacsonyi borvidéken terülnek el, ezen belül a Sabar-hegyen, azonban előszeretettel kísérleteznek más borvidékek szőlőivel is arra törekedve, hogy hasonló elveket valló szőlészekkel dolgozhassanak együtt. Mind a szőlő termesztésben, mind a bor készítésben ugyanaz a szemléletük: a modern technológia minél magasabb fokú használatának ötvözése a természetközeliséggel és a fenntarthatósággal.
Jelenleg 4 hektáron gazdálkodnak, ami gyorsan növekszik. Pilisvörösváron a Pince közvetlen szomszédságában található a HedoBar és Borterasz, amely igazi kikapcsolódást nyújt a felnőtt korosztály számára.
The founders of HedoNick Cellar, established in 2018, see the world as true hedonists, and they try to introduce this outlook on life into the everyday lives of others. Since, in addition to wine, gastronomy and the love of nature are also important to them, their favorite hobby has grown into a business venture.
Their vineyards are located in the Badacsony wine region, including the Sabar mountain, but they also like to experiment with grapes from other wine regions in an effort to work with winegrowers who share similar principles. They have the same approach to both growing grapes and making wine: combining the highest possible use of modern technology with closeness to nature and sustainability.
They currently farm 4 hectares, which is growing rapidly. In Pilisvörösvár, the HedoBar and Borterasz are located in the immediate vicinity of the Cellar, which provides real relaxation for adults.
