Gyerekkoromtól a gasztronómia világában élek: már tízéves koromban egy olyan helyről álmodtam, ahol én alkothatom meg az ételeket, ezekhez én válogathatom össze a piacon a friss nyersanyagokat és mindezt a saját szőlőbirtokomon termelt boraimmal tálalhatom.
Ez az álom 2000-ben végre valóra vált: ekkor indult a Váli Birtok története a Balaton-felvidék szívében, Badacsonyörsön, azóta pedig évről évre azon dolgozunk, hogy a vendégeink is ugyanannyira szeressenek itt lenni, mint mi.
I have lived in the world of gastronomy since I was a child: already when I was ten years old, I dreamed of a place where I could create the dishes myself, I could select the fresh ingredients from the market for them and I could serve them all with the wines produced on my own vineyard.
This dream finally came true in 2000: that’s when the story of Váli estate began in Badacsonyörs, in the heart of the Balaton highlands, and since then we’ve been working every year to ensure that our guests love being here as much as we do.
