Családi pincészet Tokaji borvidék északi részén található, hercegkúti birtokközponttal.
Területeink Sárospataktól Tolcsva határáig húzódnak, összesen 12 hektár ültetvényen műveljük az szőlőinket.
1. és 2. osztályú területeinken barna erdőtalajjal keveredő andezit és riolittufás kőzet található.
Tokaji borvidék három fő, Furmint, Hárslevelű és Sárga muskotály fajtát termesztünk, melyből Tokaji minőségi száraz, félszáraz, késői szüretelésű borokat, valamint tradicionális Szamorodni, Aszú és Esszencia borkülönlegességű prémium borokat készítjük el, hagyományos és modern technológiát ötvözve.
Espák Bálint és Espák Bálintné tulajdonában lévő családi pincészet. Család 7 generációra visszavezethetően szőlőtermesztéssel és borkészítéssel foglalkozik.
Borászati feladatokért Espák Pál a felelős, gyerekkora óta szőlőműveléssel és borkészítéssel foglalkozott, 2014-ben szerezte meg a szőlész-borász mérnöki diplomáját 2015-ben nemzetközileg elismert WSET tanfolyamot végzett.

I’m Pál Espák, one of the owners and young winemaker of the Espák Winery in Tokaj-Hegyalja.
I was born in Hercegkút, in the neighborhood of Sárospatak in 1985. The core of my love of grapes and wine has been sown in me through generations of knowledge and experience. Together with my father, Bálint Espák, we strive to achieve the noblest goal, to produce quality Tokaj wines. We believe that the best wines can be created with a pure heart. The most important aspects of the combination of the flavors of our wines are the preservation of the character of the grape varieties in addition to the elegance and richness of detail, as well as the discovery of clear stylistic features. In our family, all experiences and tricks are passed down from father to son. We refine knowledge, keep all secrets for the next generation.
Our family winery is located on the Kőporos wine cellar line in Hercegkút with 700 inhabitants. The cellars forming romantic triangles have been a World Heritage Site since 2002. The cellars carved into rhyolite have been restored following old Swabian traditions. Among them is the cellar of our family in 2009. Our guest room can accommodate up to 45 people. The opportunity provided by family memories and experiences is special and important to me. With my young age and recent knowledge, I can rely on my father’s wisdom and expertise. This unit provides the key to the future of our family and adds new dimensions to preserving the unique character of Tokaj wines.
